Born in 1970, a windsurfer from the age of 10, Eneko qualified as a windsurfing and dinghy sailing instructor, graduated at FCV in 1993; he is a ranked First Mate graduated at FEEN and has worked in the water sports industry, designing and building boards, since 1992.
